What happens during and after the 14-day $0 Sandbox trial?
The $0 Sandbox provides 14 days to test up to 2 OData services in Test Mode (/:orgSlug/:serviceId/test/mcp), expose up to 3 entities per connection, and test live queries and write confirmation gates. After 14 days, the sandbox pauses until you upgrade to Professional ($399/mo) or higher to unlock permanent production endpoints (/:orgSlug/:serviceId/mcp).
What counts as an ERP connection?
One connection is one OData service endpoint linked to AI (e.g. SAP Purchase Orders or Dynamics Sales Orders). On Professional (5 connections) and Business (15 connections), each production connection includes a paired Test Mode environment for staging.
Will our service get cut off if we hit request limits?
Limits act as sizing guardrails rather than hard cutoffs. If your department approaches monthly quotas, admins receive proactive runway notifications so workflows are never abruptly stopped.
